HANNIBAL

Hannibal is an old town that has kept its look over time and is the eastern terminus of the narrow gauge railroad. Back to back with the newer city of Ford, it is the interface between standard and narrow gauge tracks. There is a mix of trackage here since the two lines cross each other going into the yard. There presently is a rebuilding and new construction program on the narrow gauge in the Hannibal area so some of the appearances here are to change soon. Additional pictures of Hannibal can be seen in the Narrow Gauge section.
